CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY T.E.S.S. Designs Hair requires 48 hours advance notice when canceling/rescheduling online. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to pay 50% of the service booked. Cancellations made within 12 hours and up into the appointment time will be subject to pay 75% of the service booked. NO SHOWS, will be subject to pay 100% of the service booked. It is my goal to provide you with the best service possible to you and all of my guests. With respect to that, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy stated above. At that point we will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and/or time. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other guests. I understand that emergencies happen and life comes up, thank you for your continued support. *Cards on file will be charged and or invoices will be sent and must be payed in order to book again.
